Glen

I am excited to have had the opportunity to use Warren Mick's Glen as a sire in our 2008 Blur litter. Glen is an accomplished trial dog that I have been considering for a number of years. Glen is a brindle point tri, (like our Cassidy) he is hips and eyes clear, as well as DNA "Normal" for CEA/CH. This means no pups from this breeding can be affected by CEA/CH.

A bit of a bio as stated by Warren...

We raised Glen from a pup. He is a medium sized dog, weighing about 40 pounds, rough coat, and a tricolor. He is extremely focused and driven in work or play. He is a stylish worker, very responsive, a good flanker, and works on his feet. He's was very easy to train. I've since trained two of his offspring and found much the same
ease of training and working characteristics.

Glen is 9 now and has been very successful in trials. He started running in open class at two and since then has placed in over 150 open trials, winning 24 times. His most notable wins have been the NEBCA overall top dog in 2003 and the overall prize at the 2003 Grass Creek Park trial in Kingston, ON. He placed 7th in the Nationals in 2002. He was NEBCA high point dog twice and reserve twice. His sire, dam, and several half siblings are also
successful open trial dogs. His grandsire, Nick, was the only dog to win the national sheepdog trials three times.
